Catalog Bulk Load Program Gives "Java Heap Space" Errors (Doc ID 1103994.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 15, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.0.0 to 12.1 [Release 12 to 12.1]
Oracle Bill Presentment Architecture - Version 12.1.3 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Oracle iProcurement,  the POXCDXBL module "Catalog Bulk Load - Items Upload" fails with errors whenever the bulkload file contains thousands of rows of data. The errors do not occur when the bulkload file contains a low number of rows.

Due to this issue, catalog bulk load cannot be submitted for a file which has a very large number of rows of data.
