Preview And Print Function In Depot Repair Responsibility Errors ORA-20001: APP-FND-02938 (Doc ID 1104323.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the "Preview and Print function" from the Depot Repair responsibility, it errors out.  The menu for Depot Repair responsibility includes function: ONT_PRINT

From the Order Management Super User responsibility, the preview and print opens up without error.

The displayed error is:

Error Page You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Depot Repair Super User
Navigation: Order Management : Orders, Returns >  Order Organizer
1. Query Order
2. From Header, Select Actions > Preview and Print.
