Symptoms
When attempting to reserved quantities in the Item Reservations Form (INVRSVF1), the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: POST_QUERY trigger raised an unhandled exception ORA-01403
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory
2. Navigate to: On-hand, Availability > Reservations
2. The find form appears
3. Enter the Organization
4. Click Find, get error.
