Calculation Fails For Newly Defined SalesRep with Status XCALC (Doc ID 1105583.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Calculation for a newly created Salesrep, Calculation fails and the transactions have a status of XCALC.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Sales Compensation User
(N) Transaction > Calculation Submission
