Order Import: Your Profile Option Does Not Allow Automatic Numbering

Problem occurs every time we run Requisition Import and bring in requisitions from
our wireless hand held scanners. When doing order import see the following
Your profile option does not allow automatic numbering.
Please ask your system administrator to change the sequential numbering profile.
The Profile Option OM: Sequential Numbering is set to "Always Used" at the
Application Level and Responsibility. It is not set at site level
This is working for requisition enter from application, but not working for
the hand held scanner.
