Symptoms

After submitting the concurrent request "Bank Statement Loader", the first request completes successfully, however the system generated request "Run SQL*Loader- BAI2" ends with the following error:
SQL*Loader-128: unable to begin a session
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
