Symptoms

When attempting to hire an employee one day after end placement of contingent worker, the following error occurs on Enter and Maintain form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility.

2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain form > Query Person.

3. Create a placement.

4. Navigate to End Placement form and terminate the person.

5. Navigate back to People form and create an Employment one day after terminating the person.
