When attempting to inactivate Install Base Instances after changing the Item Status to 'Obsolete' or 'Inactive' on the Item Number, the following error occurs.
Error Message: The Inventory Item (&INVENTORY_ITEM_ID) doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (&INVENTORY_ORGANIZATION_ID) provided.
1. Set the status on the Item Number in Inventory to 'Obsolete' and the 'Enabled Flag' to No for selected Orgs
2. Query for an Installed Base Instance with the Inactivated Item Number
3. Change the Status and enter an end-date for the Instance and click on the 'Save' button
4. Observe reported Error Message
