BSA Status Does Not Change To Expired Even though Expiry Date Is Reached

On : 220.127.116.11 version, Agreements/Blankets/Contracts
Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA) are not expiring.
BSA is created with an expiry date, and the expiry date is crossed. However, the status does not change to Expired. It still shows as Active.
The BSA workflow is in Error.
the following error occurs.
SET_FINAL_EXPIRATION_DATE #EXCEPTION 1
OE_Blanket_WF.Set_Final_Expiration_Date(OEBH, XXX, XX, RUN)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_BLANKET_WF.Set_Final_Expiration_Date, OEBH, XXX, XX, RUN)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. BSA created with an expiry date,
2. Pass the expiry date
3. Status not changed to Expired. It still shows Active.
