IEXDELCS Workflow for Collection Delinquency Service Hold Gets Stuck and cannot be approved/rejected. (Doc ID 1110203.1)

The workflow that processes a service request hold for delinquent accounts does not work. After the team leader approves/rejects, it returns back to team leader's workflow queue.

The workflow notification is stuck at manager notification worklist and cannot be processed further.
