SFM Performance Slow Processing CSIINTSR messages (Doc ID 1110514.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version,

Find that the number of 'READY' messages in the Event queue are building up and the update of Install Base is getting behind because of this.  It appears that messages of type CSIINTSR are the ones that are slowing things down.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Event queue to keep up with incoming messages so that Install Base is updated in a timely fashion.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) SFM System Administrator
2. (N) Administration - Queue Console
3. Monitor the number of messages in the Event queue and notice the number keeps going up instead of down.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get an accurate reflection of recent transactions that have happened on IB Trackable items.
