Savings Plan 401(K) Only Gives Element Entry on Primary Assignment, not Secondary Assignment (Doc ID 1110536.1)

Employee works part-time for two different departments (ie. Organizations), so customer has set up a secondary assignment.

The employee participates in the Savings plan (401k).
Element entry is usually generated from enrollment in the Savings plan, but this does not happen for the secondary assignment.

Navigation: People > Total Comp Enrollment > Benefits Enrollment > Savings Plan
This form shows the Organization, but there is no way to arrow down to add the employee's secondary assignment at the different department (Organization).

How can savings plan be setup so that deduction is triggered based on secondary assignment ?
