Collector Name Does Not Populate Under The Profile Tab Of IEXRCALL, Why?

IEXRCALL.fmb--Advanced Collections form
Collector Name is not displayed in the Profile Tab at the Account level.
Your Collector is defined in Customer-> Standard at Account level
Your Collector is defined in Setup:Collections:Collectors
Your Collector can see her work in UWQ just fine
When you query your organization/customer and set the view to Account, enter the Account number and click the Profile tab, your Collector does not show, why?
