Miscellaneous receipts are created with duplicate REMITTANCE rows in XLA tables.

Miscellaneous receipts are created with duplicate rows in XLA_AE_LINES for remittance that correspond to distribution id 90794 in AR, distributions are correct and balanced:

line_id src_id src_table src_type             amt_dr   amt_cr
90793  9121  CRH       CASH                56.9        -
90794  9121  CRM      REMITTANCE  -             56.9
90795  2037  MCD      MISCCASH      56.9        -
90796  2038  MCD      MISCCASH       -             56.9

In XLA, duplicate remittance rows are seen:
acctg_class         entered_dr   entered_cr
CASH                 56.9             -
MISC_CASH      -                  56.9
MISC_CASH     56.9             -
REMITTANCE   -                 113.8 --> there should only be 1 remittance row for 56.9
REMITTANCE   -                 170.7 --> duplicated

Unable to delete the duplicate rows and process, as create accounting will regenerate the rows in XLA_AE_LINES as it processes the receipts.
