Symptoms

On 12.1.1 when attempting to use the open document icon from a release notification in Notification Summary the following errors occur:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-47023: No such Parameter Named G_Query_Find Exists in Form POXPOERL
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER G-QUERY
FRM-47024: Parameter PO-RELEASE id type does not match definition in from POXPOERL

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Notification Summary
2. Open the notification for the release
3. Choose the open document icon
4. Errors display
