Unable to Duplicate Contracts where MOAC Activated (Doc ID 1112604.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Lease Authoring

When attempting to duplicate a lease contract in an instance where Multi Org Access Control (MOAC) is turned on, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. There is no setup for contract autonumbering.
2. OKL_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=0) (SQLerrm=ORA-0: normal, successful completion)
3. Error while creating Core contract header details for contract &CONTRACT_NUMBER
4. OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=-6502) (SQLerrm=ORA-6502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-6512: at "APPS.OKL_COPY_CONTRACT_PVT", line 22114 ORA-6510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception)
5. ORA-6502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-6512: at "APPS.OKL_COPY_CONTRACT_PVT", line 22114 ORA-6510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception in Package OKL_COPY_CONTRACT_PUB Procedure OKL_COPY_LEASE_CONTRACT


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Operations >> Contracts
2. Query contract and click on Duplicate, receive the above error.
