When attempting to create an Asset Group in the EAM Asset Groups form, EAMITMDF,  the following error occurs:

ERROR

Insert procedure failed with the following error message"
xxxxx Expense Account is required when Inventory Asset Value is 'No' and inventory item is 'Yes'.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Assets > Asset Groups
3. Enter data and save
