Employee Not Able To See Manager Submitted Transactions Until Fully Approved (Doc ID 1113299.1)

Symptoms

Manager is submitting an Absence Request through Manager Self Service on behalf of one of their employees.
The manager can see this absence request at any stage, whether it is
- Saved for Later
- Pending Approval
- Approved
(This is expected behavior)

The problem is that the Employee can only see this transaction in Employee Self Service ONLY if the transaction is fully approved.
The employee cannot Manager Submitted transactions that are in "Pending Approval" (for example).
Hence, they may also submit another Leave Of Abasence request, not knowing that there is one out there already.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. SUBMITTING THE TRANSACTION
> Login as the manager
> Manager Self-Service
> Leave Management
> [Action] for any employee
> [Create Absence]
> Enter details > [Next]
> [Submit]
Through Manager Self Service now confirm that the leave is Pending Approval (ie ... it is visible here)

2. CHECK FROM EMPLOYEE PERSPECTIVE
> Login as the employee
> Employee Self-Service
> Leave
Not able to see the transaction submitted by the manager (until it is fully approved)
