Symptoms
Run the Submit Accounting Program and receive the following error:
Please enter date value 24-MAR-10 in correct format: MM/DD/RRRR. If the Ledger is selected, you are not allowed to chance the enter a date.
If you enter the End Date first with 03/24/2013, it still gives the same error message.
Clicking OK returns APP-FND-00730 error.
System is setup with date format mask as '12/31/1999' which will not be changed.
