When attempting to terminate a employee, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-51005: Person type must be a type of EMP at actual termination date

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to an HR Manager -> People -> Enter and Maintain

2. Query up the employee in question

3. Click the Others button

4. Select End Employment

5. Enter the Notified, Actual and Last Standard Process dates

6. Click the terminate button

7. The error is encountered here
