An error is displaying in Status Monitor for an Self Service request:

Description: Wf_Notification.SendGroup(POS:2123, HRSSA, HR_EMBED_RN_NTF_APPR_MSG, 27-JAN-2011, WF_ENGINE.CB) Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(HRSSA, 35001, 204570, HRSSA:HR_EMBED_RN_NTF_APPR_MSG) Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(HRSSA, 35001, 204570, RUN)



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR -> Workflow Administration web Administrator -> STATUS MONITOR
2. Filter for HRSSA (Type), for Status (ERROR)
