To reset IB TRANSACTION LINES IMPORT to reprocess records after system failure.

System failure occurred causing some records in the table CSI_BATCH_TXN_LINES to remain with PROCESSED_FLAG set to 2. These records need to be reset in order for IB TRANSACTION LINES IMPORT process to pick them up and reprocess them on its next execution.
