Unable to View Attachments on Objectives within a Performance Management Plan. (Doc ID 1116693.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Appraisal, Comp, Qual, Suit

The Main Appraiser is unable to see an attachment added to a newly created Objective, created by the Appraisee.  The Objective has been created within a Performance Management Plan.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1)Manager transfers scorecard to employee

-Manager Self Service
-Talent Management
-Click action column corresponding to "Transfer scorecards to worker for action" for desired PMP
-Select Employee
-Click Transfer button


2)Employee creates objectives


-Employee Self-Service
-Talent Management
-"Set Objectives" for PMP that was transferred by manager
-Create objective
-Enter objective name and start date
-Click on Attachments link
-Add an attachment
-Publish to catalog
-Click Apply button
-Click Return to Talent Management link
-Finish Objective Setting
-Click Finish button



3)Manager receives objectives


-Manager Self-Service
-Talent Management
-Review worker changes
-Select correct employee
-Expand objective title w/ the attachment
-No attachment is viewable
