Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, PM
Find After changing the department for an asset, PM does not recognize the department change. It uses the previous department. New work orders and previously created work orders do not include the department change
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the department to change in PM
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Assets Management
2. Navigation: Assets -> Assets Number
3. Change the owning department and save the information
4. After generating work orders, the owning department reverts to the
previous data

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely on the asset department being correct on work orders
