In Standard Benefits, Coverage Start Date is One Day Before the Coverage End Date (Doc ID 1117098.1)

In Oracle Standard Benefit (OSB), coverage start date is one day before the coverage end date
This issue happens if the employee has a future enrollment, hence when do the fresh enrollment with in a date earlier date, than the future enrollment is end dated with one date before the start date.

1. Create an employee on 01-Jan-YYYY and complete the enrollment for employee only option for the plan as of 01-Jan-YYYY.
2. Date track to 01-NOV-YYYY and change the enrollment from employee only to family option as of 01-NOV-YYYY.
3. Date track back to 01-JUN-YYYY and change the enrollment to from employee only to family option as of 01-JUN-YYYY.
The record was created from 01-NOV-YYYY in step 2 is now end dated 31-OCT-YYYY.
