Login Screen Will Keep Re-Appearing After Entering User Credentials (Doc ID 1118033.1)

Unable to login using Internet Explorer but login is successful when using Mozilla and Google Chrome browsers.

The login page keeps re-appearing (looping)  even after entering the username and password.


Recent upgrade to IE8, but the same happens on IE7.
