FSTP Error: 'Fail to convert to internal representation' When Creating Follow Up Task (Doc ID 1118433.1)

When attempting to create a Follow Up task in Field Service Technician Portal, the following error occurs:

1. Log with a FSTP responsibility.
2. Create a Follow Up Task.
