R12: Cannot Update Pre-Defined Validations (Doc ID 1118633.1)

When updating Payment Method, value entered for Pre-defined Validations parameter is not getting saved.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Payment Administrator - Payment Method.
2. Update Payment Method.
3. Under Pre-defined Validations enter value for 'Delivery Channel format value' or ' Document Payee Branch Country'
4. The value entered is not saved.
