Symptoms
Setup: AWT at payment time
Duplicate Withholding tax (AWT) distribution is created at payment time on the original invoice subjected to withholding tax.
One of the AWT distributions has a valid accounting_event_id and awt_invoice_payment_id.
The other AWT distribution has null accounting_event_id and awt_invoice_payment_id.
This distribution should not have been created and will prevent period close since it cannot be accounted.
