Receive Stale Data Error When Changing Owner In Installed Base

When attempting to change owner of an instance the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Depot Repair Super User >> Installed Base >> View and Transfer Customer Item Instances
2. Search for an instance
3. Click on the Instance Update Icon (pencil)
4. Click on the 'Change Owner' button
5. Select any new Party
6. Upon selection of the new Party, the error occurs.
