Symptoms


When creating a quick debrief in the Mobile field service application  an error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.apps.jtm.common.ASLException:failed to create

 
The problem can occur for any number of users.
In some cases the error occurs when adding attachments or signatures to the debrief.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a quick debrief with a signature
2. save. - error occurs.
