Contact Center Error FRM-40105 Unable to resolve reference to item CTRL.CRMO_FLAG (Doc ID 1121056.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Contact Center

When attempting to open the Contact Center form, the following errors occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CTRL.CRMO_FLAG.

after that:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: Invalid ID

and then the same error again:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: Invalid ID

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
After ok the errors the form can be used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in and select Customer Support responsibility
2. Open Contact Center form
3. The reported error occurs.
