Last updated on FEBRUARY 11, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Approving a requisition through auto approval vacation rules does not approve the requisitions . Notifications are closed whereas the requisition remains in an "In Process" status. The issue occurs when AME is used for approval.

Steps to Reproduce
==============
Requester : UserA
Approvers : UserB , UserC

UserC has autoapprove vacation rule set. The Requisition approval follows AME and the requisition should get approved only if both UserB and UserC approves the requisition.

1. UserA creates a requisition
2. UserB approves the requisition
3. Notification goes to UserC
4. Action history shows UserC had auto approved
5. But the requisition is still stuck with an  "In Process" status
