Poor performance when attempting to view Notification
Performance was OK on R12.0.6, but after upgrade to 12.1.2 it takes almost 1-2 minutes.
During navigating to notification detail page, you can see long-running SQL.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create NIR or CO > go HomePage > select notification on worklist result page
