Oracle Universal Work Queue - Version 11.5.10 to 12.1.2 [Release 11.5 to 12.1] Information in this document applies to any platform.
The purpose of this note is to provide steps to create a simple custom '3 tier' node hierarchy in the Universal Work Queue, similar to the "My Groups" node.
e.g. Node Level1 --> Node Level2 ------> Group1
