Symptoms
An agent is configured with the Action: COPY REFNUMS TO SHIPMENT. Two order releases on the same shipment are updated at the same time via integration with the same RefNum. Since both of these agents are triggered at the same time to copy the refnum, one of them is failing with the following Exception:
Cannot add the SHIPMENT_REFNUM record. [SHIPMENT_GID, SHIPMENT_REFNUM_QUAL_GID, SHIPMENT_REFNUM_VALUE] must be unique.
