Why are we unable to see the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) entries in General Ledger or Material Distributions?

Item has been shipped for the sales order, we ran the below three reports
   -Record Order Management Transactions
   -Collect Revenue Recognition Information
   -Generate COGS Recognition Events

Then ran the Create Accounting process. The COGS entries are not getting created nor transferring to GL.
