Symptoms
After Applying Patches 9081055/ 8846072/ 6164455, the files ARXTWBAL.pll and ARXCOQIL.pll become INVALID.
On Compiling using ADADMIN, the two files fail and the ADADMIN and ADWORKER show the below errors:
For ARXTWBAL.pll, the errors are:

for ARXCOQIL.pll, the errors are:
ARXCOQIL.pll on worker 5
Compilation errors on ARP_ARXCOQIL_TRX_PKG:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 187, column 37
component 'VALUE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 186, column 5
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 494, column 23
component 'VALUE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 490, column 7

FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.
Changes
- Patches 9081055/ 8846072/ 6164455 are Applied.
