Symptoms
No transaction types are available in the AME Business Analyst dashboard although the required grant has been created for the AME user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all seeded transaction types to be available after the required grant has been created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the user for whom the required grant was created
2. Select "Approvals Management Business Analyst"
