Goal

On release 11.5.10.2:

Oracle Inventory seems to allocate lots in FIFO mode (first received first out) for move orders.

This behavior is observed in Transact Move Orders form, pick release process, Move Order Pick Slip report, etc, irrespective of the move order type. (requisition move order, sales order / pick wave move order, etc.)

Need to get lots allocated according to their expiration date instead, that is in FEFO mode. (first expired first out)

How to implement this?

WMS is not enabled.

-- Steps
(example with requisition move orders)
Receive a PO line in 5 lots, each lot with a different expiration date
Create a move order
Go to Transact Move Orders form
Query the move order
Press button Allocate
