Symptoms

Find that on Service request Form,  Charges UI,  When attempting to add charges to an actual line, the following error occurs.

'An Error has occurred while creating the actual line.
No changes have been saved.'

Failed to retrieve the inventory item (ID 210094) billable flag.
It may be caused by the inventory item billing type has not been setup in the transaction Billing Types for transaction type (ID =6)

No workaround

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.(R) Depot repair responsibility
2. Repair orders
3. Search for a  SR > Repair Actuals: enter an item > enter all items for the charge line: billing type, qty... Save. The error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users Cannot enter charges for Repair Orders.
