Credit Card Authorizations Succeed In Cybersource But Return On Hold In OM (Doc ID 1126407.1)

Symptoms

Randomly, Order Management fails in receiving the Cybersource Authorization.

Orders, imported from the web, enter in OM in status booked.  During the pick release process the system launches a call to Cybersource requiring a first authorization. If the authorization succeeds, the order goes to Picked status and once the ship is confirmed a second call to Cybersource determines the settlement creation.

Randomly, the order goes on hold after the authorization request to Cybersource. While the authorization succeeds (visible from Cybersource side), the order goes into authorization failure hold status in OM.
