Symptoms

In release 12.1, when setting up the  Accounting Setup Manager, Legal Entities, the Legal Establishment is showing on the screen returns the error below:

ID US for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS
