Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2
Find that the defaulted shipping method on the line is overridden at order booking.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the shipping method that defaults correctly from the header would remain on the line - even after booking,
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Enter order header with shipping method 'XXXXXXXXX-Air Standard'
3. Enter line and see that the Shipping method defaults correctly from the header
4. Book order > results: Shipping Method is updated to 'ZZZZZZZZZZ Air'
