Symptoms

When selecting serial numbers in the InterOrg transfer form, there is a Performance Issue. It is taking over 8 minutes for picking only one entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Inter-Org transfer form, select SN LOV
2. See long delay
