Symptoms

When trying to enter a payment in Advanced Collections, the following error occurs after clicking on the Payment Processing button:

FRM-40735 WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandle exception ORA-06502
FRM-40104: No such block: IEXPYPRS_UNPAID_REASON
