MSC Relinking Error on Linux OEL5/RHEL5, Relink of module "MSCCPP" failed, "FEMCCE","MSCNEW","MSCMON". There was No MSC Relink Problem when Worked on RHEL 4 (Doc ID 1128486.1)

Goal

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
=================
1) Installation of  OEL5/RHEL5 on the new machine.
2) Cloning R12.0.4/RHEL4 to R12.0.4/RHEL5 on the new machine.
3) Upgrading The cloned environment to R12.0.6 by installing the Maintenance Pack 6728000
    (<Note 743368.1>), and got Relink MSC failed on many MSC Modules :

Relink of module "MSCCPP" failed.
Relink of module "MSCMON" failed.
Relinking module 'MSCNEW' in product msc ...
Relink of module "FEMCCE" failed.

MSC Relink failed on the Errors below.

"MSC defined in discarded section `.gnu.linkonce.t"
