Interface Trip Stop Is Completed With Zero Onhand Error Message (Doc ID 1128534.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Interface Trip Stop for a specific sales order the following error occurs.

ERROR

The record is stuck in the mtl_transactions_interface with the same error.

The Organization is WMS enabled and LPN's are used.  The LPN is in a Picked status. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ITS and error occurs
