When Opening Service Request Details from Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (CRMO) Get: You Do Not Have Permission To View This Service Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to check the Service request details from the Install base page, the following error occurs.
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. CMRO User - Unit configuration - Search Product - View details "Service Request" - Go.
3. In list of SR's click on Details of appropriate SR.
4. Error "You do not have permission to view this service request" occured.
