Data from Business Processes is Missing on Renewed Contracts (Doc ID 1129563.1)

Symptoms

Find that after "customizing" the Contract Coverage of a Service Contract during the authoring process and then renewing the contract, the renewed contract's coverage is missing some Business Process data. The missing data includes the Resolution Times and Reaction Times information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect business that all Business Process data is retained during contract renewal.

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service Contract.
2. Customize the Coverage: Contract Lines > Effectivities > Details > Customize.
3. Approve and Sign the contract.
4. Renew the contract.
5. In the renewed contract find that data is missing from the Business Processes.
